Rabah Consultancy Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 14395728, incorporated in October 2022, with its registered office at 1 Regency Court, Rushden NN10 6EY. The company's filed activities cover both other accommodation and information technology services.
Short-stay serviced accommodation is granted as a licence to occupy rather than an assured shorthold tenancy, and the protections are genuinely different: the deposit protection rules and the statutory notice and court process for possession attach to tenancies, not licences. We set the terms and the notice period on both sides out in writing before a booking is confirmed, rather than leaving you to discover the distinction later. Properties are kept to current gas, electrical and fire safety standards and the certificates are available on request. We are not a letting agent and give no legal advice on occupancy rights.
No. A short stay is a licence to occupy, which does not carry the statutory protections that attach to an assured shorthold tenancy — including deposit protection and the court process for possession. We explain that before you book, in writing.
Yes, and you should ask any provider for it. Ours is current and we hand it over along with the electrical condition report and, where relevant, the fire risk assessment.
Then we extend the booking. Dates slipping is the normal case rather than the exception, and taking short bookings that can be extended is the whole reason this kind of accommodation exists.
Yes — bills, wifi and council tax are in the rate. Working away is expensive enough without a utility bill arriving after you have gone home.
No. We are not a letting agent and do not manage property belonging to others for compensation, which in England requires different arrangements.
Because it does both. The company's filed activities cover accommodation and IT services, and the two strands are quoted separately.
