Stage 1 · Dates
How long, and how flexible.
Four things: contractor stays, interim accommodation, safety compliance and IT services.
Working away is expensive enough without a utility bill arriving after you leave. Bills, wifi and council tax are in the rate, the notice period is written down, and we will tell you plainly what the licence does and does not give you before you commit to anything.
How long, and how flexible.
Licence and notice period in writing.
Gas, EICR and alarms shown.
Inventory agreed with you.
How certain the dates actually are.
Extendable if a date slips.
Notice on both sides, written.
Without a long tie-in.
Chains collapse and completions slip, which leaves people needing somewhere furnished at short notice without signing a twelve-month tenancy. We take short bookings and extend them when a date moves, which is the whole point of this kind of accommodation.
Ask any accommodation provider for the gas safety record and the electrical report. Ours are current and we hand them over without being pushed, along with the fire risk assessment where a property is in multiple occupation. A provider who cannot produce them is telling you something.
Annual safety record, every appliance.
Current EICR held.
Interlinked smoke, and CO where needed.
On request, without hesitation.
What is actually not working.
Per job or monthly, in writing.
Remote where possible.
So the next person can follow it.
The company also provides IT services to small businesses — support, setup and the ordinary problems that stop a small office working. It is a separate strand from the accommodation and is quoted separately.
Tell us your dates. We will set the terms out in writing before anything is confirmed.
